How do I open the bag for the first time?

When you first open the bag, the zipper may be stiff and feel stiff. This is completely normal and is due to the waterproof design that keeps your clothes dry.

It makes it easier to press down on the bag while opening the zipper, this way you let air in and make the zipper open easier.

Is the pump TSA approved?

Yes. The pump is designed to be carried safely on flights. Please remember to always follow the airport's instructions and policies regarding the carrying of batteries.

How many garments can fit?

The bag is tested to hold up to 16+ folded garments. Our customers are always surprised at how much you can pack without it being noticeable.

How do I close the bag properly?

Closing the bag correctly is important to compress the package effectively. Therefore, make sure that:

  • Fold your clothes before putting them in the bag.
  • That the zipper closes properly without getting stuck
  • Squeeze the bag to ensure no air leaks out.
