Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery
We offer safe and smooth delivery with PostNord MyPack Home directly to your door. Normal delivery time is 6–8 working days from the time your order is confirmed. You can always see the delivery time for your order at checkout. Orders over 499 SEK are shipped free of charge.

Returns
You always have 30 days to return your order from the date you received it. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Return cost
We are responsible for all return costs. Contact our customer service and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
